Push-up Exercise


This exercise is not only for men but also for women. Indeed, most of the women are now trying to do this routine to improve their chest, arm muscles and abdomen. This could be one of the easiest exercises that you can do even you are inside your house. The first thing that you can do is get a mop in your place and lie down in your stomach.
After that, you have to place your handsto the ground. The position of your hands should be away from your shoulders. Once your hands are already in the position, then try to raise the weight of your whole bodyon your toes and arms. Lower yourself back into the middle position while you are resisting your body weight. You may repeat this routine for at least 20-30 times everyday for great results.
