Foods Rich in Estrogen



One of the main causes of small breasts is the lack of estrogen in the body. There are several stages in a woman’s life where she is at the risk of facing hormonal imbalance in her body. Puberty, menstruation, pregnancy and menopause all bring with them the risk of hormonal imbalance. The imbalance in turn leads to high production of testosterone, which is the male hormone. It soon supersedes the female hormone, estrogen, which is responsible for increasing the breast size.

Fortunately, there are some food items which boost the production of estrogen in your body. They ensure the balance between estrogen and testosterone is restored and your chances of increasing your breast size increase. Foods which are rich in estrogen include:

  • Beans and Peas (Lentils, Chickpeas, Red Clover, Lima Beans, Kidney Beans)
  • Dairy Products
